Thursday 23rd October 2014, from 8am-10am, The Assembly Room, Fitzwilliam Hotel, Belfast.

One area of exposure for companies is driving for work, which includes driving to meetings and on other company business. With a marked increase in road deaths in Northern Ireland in 2014, Ian Kennedy will bring his practical experience as a former road policing inspector to demonstrate how the police may approach a corporate manslaughter investigation.
Ashleigh Birkett will provide an update on recent corporate manslaughter prosecutions and the emerging trends that you should be aware of.
