Admitted in Northern Ireland in 1998.

Education: Graduated as an honours Law Graduate from the Queen's University of Belfast and also holds a Masters Degree from the Queen's University of Belfast in Computer Law. Neil obtained his professional qualifications through the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Belfast.

Neil joined Carson McDowell as an apprentice in 1996 and, since qualifying in 1998, has worked in the Firm’s Private Client and Wills department. Neil became an Associate in 2004 and was made a Partner on 1st May 2010. He has responsibility in the Firm for administration of Estates, Trusts (both private and charitable) and Wills and advises generally in relation to Estate Planning matters. In addition, Neil undertakes considerable residential conveyancing work.
