Admitted in Northern Ireland in 1996.

Education: Graduated in 1996 with LLB (Hons) from Queen's University Belfast.

Declan joined the Litigation Team as an apprentice and has remained with that team becoming a Partner in 2005.

Declan has worked closely with Brian Turtle, in the areas of Professional Indemnity and Construction Litigation. He has also gained experience across a wider spectrum of disciplines including Intellectual Property, Environment and Public & Administrative Law.
