With thirty years experience as a Planning Appeals Commissioner and seven years as Chief Commissioner of the Planning Appeals Commission, John Warke has presided over and reported on over 800 planning cases and conducted over 50 Public Inquiries and Area Plan Inquiries covering almost every conceivable aspect of planning law.
John's experience ranges from major infrastructure developments to retail development proposals, listed building matters, advertisement proposals, enforcement notices, Certificates of Alternative Values and road schemes.
John is a Fellow of the Royal Town Planning Institute and is currently Chairman of the Environmental and Planning Law Association of Northern Ireland. |
