Marie spent 17 years working in London 8 of which were spent working as Human Resources Manager for one of the top London Law Firms, Norton Rose, before deciding to return home to Northern Ireland.  Marie is CIPD qualified in Human Resources Management and is a HR Generalist.  She looks after all aspects of Office Management at Carson McDowell which include HR, Health & Safety and facilities.
