Admitted in Northern Ireland in 1986.

Education: Graduated as an Honours Law Graduate from Queen's University Belfast and obtained his professional qualifications through the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queen's University, Belfast.

Jeremy leads the Firm's Commercial Property Department in Carson McDowell and became a Partner in 1995. Jeremy has extensive experience in commercial property acquisitions and disposals and has played a significant role in the letting of several of the major retail developments in Northern Ireland. Jeremy also advises a number of the largest public landowners in the Province, including the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company. In terms of his private sector clientele Jeremy has represented, amongst others, Citibank International plc, JH Turkington & Sons Limited, Charles Hurst Limited, Games Stores Group Limited & C&J Clarkes Limited.

Jeremy has also spoken at international conferences regarding the opportunities for commercial property development in Northern Ireland.
