Education: graduated in 2005 from Lancaster University with a LL.B (Hons) degree in Law and obtained his professional qualifications at the College of Law, Chester, in 2006.

Admitted in England and Wales in 2009 and Northern Ireland in 2009.

Andrew is an assistant in the Procurement Team which is recognised by the Chambers 2010 as one of the leading procurement teams in the UK.

Andrew trained with Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP, Birmingham, where he was exposed to procurement, construction, litigation and information law matters. During his training, Andrew advised a range of public and private sector organisations, particularly from the housing sector. 

Upon joining Carson McDowell in November 2009, Andrew primarily advises on contentious and non-contentious procurement issues for public and private sector organisations. He also advises on information law issues, such as the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Data Protection Act 1998 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
