Admitted in Northern Ireland in 1995. Education: Rosemary was educated at Queen’s University, Belfast where she obtained an LLB with First Class Honours in 1993. Rosemary joined Carson McDowell in 1997 and was promoted to Partner in 2001. Rosemary's main practice area is landlord and tenant work and she has extensive experience in this field. Tenants include leading national retailers such as Tesco, Top Shop, Mothercare and HMV while on the landlord side she looks after the lettings in several major developments such as the 80 unit centre, The Outlet in Banbridge. In addition, she acts for some of NI's leading developers and investors and advises both the University of Ulster and The Queen's University of Belfast on property matters.
Key recent transactions have included the redevelopment and letting of Law Society House for the Law Society of Northern Ireland and the development of a new All-Ireland HQ for Waterways Ireland.
Time permitting, Rosemary also enjoys keeping up academic interests and has had articles published and lectured extensively on the Business Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.
