Jeremy Hill - Partner
Jeremy attained a degree in law (LLB Honours) from Queen's University, Belfast in 1985 and joined Carson McDowell that year as an apprentice whilst obtaining professional qualification at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies of Queen's University. In 1986 Jeremy was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland and qualified as a solicitor at Carson McDowell. Jeremy was made Partner in 1995 and became Head of the Real Estate Team in 2009.
Jeremy has extensive experience in all areas of Real Estate Law, including acquisitions and disposals. Jeremy has played a significant role in the letting of several of the major retail developments in Northern Ireland. Jeremy advises a number of the largest landowners in the Province including The Belfast Harbour Commissioners. In terms of private sector clients, Jeremy represents, amongst others Citibank International plc, JH Turkington & Sons Limited, Charles Hurst Limited, Saint Gobain Building Distribution Limited, Tarmac Limited, Game Retail Limited and C&J Clarke Limited.
Chambers and Partners UK 2014 considers Jeremy to be 'well regarded' and "very knowledgeable.'
Jeremy has also spoken at international conferences regarding the real estate market in Northern Ireland.
