Do you do business in the UK, have a turnover in excess of £36 million and have a financial year end of 31 December?

If the answer to this is “yes” then the Modern Slavery Act requires you to publish your annual statement describing the steps taken to prevent slavery in your business and supply chains within six months of your financial year end, so if that was 31st December, your statement needs to be published by 30th June. If you need any assistance with the preparation of your statement or your policies and procedures generally, please feel free to contact a member of the firm.
