Carson McDowell advises Alpha Housing in construction project with Dunrich Properties

Carson McDowell recently advised Alpha Housing in relation to a £2.2m construction project with Dunrich Properties, to construct 14 homes for independent older people in East Belfast. The homes will be situated on Barnetts Road and available for rent to social housing tenants following completion in December 2020.
