Neil represents his private and public sector clients on all aspects of property litigation including, contractual disputes, landlord and tenant issues, dilapidations claims, business tenancies issues, rent review, accommodation agreements and criminal damage claims. Neil also carries out a range of work on behalf of banks and other financial institutions in litigation, to include debt recovery, enforcement of security and is increasingly advising Liquidators, Trustees in Bankruptcy and Administrators; Neil is regularly before the Bankruptcy Court in this regard.
