Oliver Tighe

Oliver is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Real Estate team. He attained an honours degree (BSc) from Queen’s University, Belfast before commencing his training as a solicitor with the Law Society of Ireland from where he qualified in 2006.

Thereafter Oliver gained experience as a general practitioner in property and private client law prior to developing a specialist interest in commercial property from 2014 following his retention by the real estate department of a leading Belfast firm.

Oliver has extensive experience of acting in a wide range of high value commercial property transactions, secured lending, commercial landlord and tenant, and investment acquisitions and disposals in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
