Sinead McGrath - Partner
Sinead joined the firm in 2013 as a partner in the banking and finance team. She graduated with a degree in Law (LLB Honours) from Queen’s University, Belfast in 1994 before continuing her professional studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. She qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has spent the intervening years as a banking and finance lawyer most recently as a partner in an international law firm.
Sinead advises a wide range of banks, borrowers and financial institutions on acquisition finance, real estate finance, general corporate lending, project finance and restructuring.
Sinead has for a number of years been recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession as a "leader in her field". In the Chambers and Partners UK Guide 2020, clients say that "she is highly knowledgeable and a go-to person in Northern Ireland on banking issues."
