Stephanie Kidney

Stephanie graduated with a Government BSC (Hons) degree in 2013 from University College Cork and qualified as a solicitor with the Law Society of Ireland in December 2018.

Since gaining membership to the Law Society of Ireland in December 2018, Stephanie has practised primarily in the defence of clinical negligence, product liability, employment liability and public liability claims. She has represented insurers of public and private hospitals in all courts up to the Supreme Court but primarily in the Circuit Court and High Court Jurisdictions.

Stephanie joined Carson McDowell in September 2021 and is currently an Associate within the Healthcare team, where she specialises in defending a broad range of clinical negligence claims in our Dublin office.
