Timothy is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at Carson McDowell. He graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2006 in Law and Accounting (LLB honours).
Timothy completed the LPC in Nottingham and also obtained qualifications from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2009.
He specialises in professional indemnity and advises a wide range of professionals, to include solicitors, engineers, consultants, surveyors and architects. Timothy has financial and accounting training which provides an asset in dealing with claims which have a financial background. Timothy is also a Solicitor Advocate.
